Every year we spend an evening celebrating the holiday with our good friends the Riechmann's. This year is no exception. We got together last weekend over dinner. We enjoyed chili made by Randy complete with some delicious cornbread muffins made by Bethany! Dustin and I serve more supervisory roles in the kitchen... All of the kids were very excited to play together and to exchange gifts! This year Jackson got Braden a Lego Star Wars DS game and a Yoda puzzle, and Braden got Jackson and I Spy DS game (which is very cool if you are looking for a gift idea!). Princess Olivia got Princess Kendall a Rapunzel dress-up dress and slippers and Princess Kendall got Princess Olivia a very fun Rapunzel play cottage. Our darling little ones exchanged gifts too, but as you can imagine were less than excited... Emilia got Avery a cute hat, some socks and a soft doll (that Randy thought was really small, but so is Avery after all :). Avery got Emilia a cute hat, a bow and some fun baby toys! I am sure in looking through this you can see that we try to theme them close together so that everyone is happy! We had a wonderful time visiting and rounded up our night with some thrilling competition on Wii Just Dance (at Bethany's request). The game was fun, but will take some practice for the less than coordinated like myself
