Fun in the Kitchen

Today started off rainy, again... So, we were then faced with what to do. Well, we watched TV, of course, played on the computer and cleaned the house (Jackson loves to be my big helper!). After nap time we decided to do some baking and make something different for dinner. We surprised Daddy with some Red Velvet cupcakes, his favorite! And since I am on a diet, this is not a type of cupcake I would want to eat :) We also made pizza. We stretched the dough, cut up the ingredients and put it all together!! We really had fun in the kitchen today! After dinner it had finally gotten sunny and warm, so we headed outside for some water table and sprinkler fun!

Jack and Liv were a little unsure about touching the dough at first. Jack made the first move and assured Liv it was "just like play-doh".

Livy enjoyed putting the cheese on the pizza! Once she realized it was cheese she started eating more than she put on the pizza.

Jackson was a big helper! This was HIS pizza!

Time to put them in the oven!
