Last Sunday we went to the pumpkin patch for our fifth annual Rodgers/Riechmann pumpkin picking extravaganza! We make the trip together every year, and always eat at the Finn Inn either before or after picking out the perfect pumpkins! This year was no exception, we went a little later in the day, and rode the big tractor out to look at the pumpkins! I say "look" at the pumpkins, 'cause there weren't a lot of great ones in the field due to all of the rain we have gotten recently, so we picked a pumpkin to take home back near the registers... Had to get a good one! And that we did, we got one big one, two medium size ones, and three little ones! Now we just have to carve them!
We ate at the Finn Inn on our way home, which was fun for all of the kids! They ate great and loved looking a the giant fish in the aquariums!
