Our Anniversary Trip to Hermann

My wonderful husband surprised me with a trip to the Hermann, Mo. wineries for our fifth anniversary. He booked the trip a few months back, and since the man can't hold water he told me about the surprise about a week after he booked it:) We went this past weekend and I can say that we had an amazing time! We can't wait to return! Anyone interested?? Enjoy the pictures from our trip!

We stayed in the Village at Hermann Hill,
it is a private little cottage over looking the river.

It had a private hot tub, a grill and patio set.

Our room had an awesome tub!

It had jets and lights and a aromatherapy fireplace on the wall.

The steam shower was around the corner, it had four shower heads... It was a bit like a luxurious monsoon.

The kitchen was stocked with breakfast, wine, and desert.

The sitting room had a flat screen and patio door as well.

This was the first winery we visited, Adam Puchta, it

is our favorite! We brought back 16 bottles of wine from this one alone!

Along with the four wineries we visited we stopped at

the Tinn Mill Brewery for Randy!

We really had a great, super relaxing weekend!! Thank you to Grandpa and Grandma for taking such good care of our babies! We brought home 26 bottles of wine and a case of beer, so we are totally stocked up!! We can't wait for the opportunity to visit again!
