Last Thursday Liv left to visit Grandma Jo for 3 whole days (sort of she came home Saturday afternoon). While she was gone she had so much fun playing in the snow, playing Barbie's, shopping, baking, sewing, and watching movies. She also missed her family! She really did enjoy her special time with just her, Grandma Jo, and Grandpa Mark.
While Liv was gone we took this as an opportunity to spend some special time with just Jack! Now that there are 3 little darlings in our life, there is very little opportunity for both Randy and I to spend quality time with them individually. Thursday night after Miss Mil went to bed, we had a board game marathon! We played many rounds of Sequence (a family favorite) and many, many rounds of Monopoly! Jack got Monopoly for Christmas, but we can't play it with Liv 'cause she isn't patient enough yet... We played games for around 2 hours and it was FUN, FUN, FUN! Friday night we took Milli to visit and be spoiled by Grandma and Grandpa and the 3 of us went bowling! We had a great time, but as fun as it was to be just the 3 of us we all missed the girls... Guess we are just meant to be a family of 5! We ended up our night out to eat at one of Randy's old faves, Bert's Chuck Wagon. If you think it sounds kinda gross, you would be correct! But my boys were happy!
Randy went to get Liv on Saturday and we are all back together and enjoying our family! We enjoyed our special Jack time!
Jack declared this the "best Friday night ever!"
Took him a minute to get the hang of it! But boy did he have fun!
Our boys!
Mommy is not a good bowler... But I am a good sport!
Just the 3 of us...
