Our Beautiful, Sweet, Baby Emilia Kathryn turned ONE on July 2, 2011.
This year has flown by...Emilia is growing and changing by leaps and bounds.
Here are her most recent accomplishments:
*Weight-- 25.1 lbs. (93%tile)
*Height -- 29.5 inches (70&tile)
*Head Circumference -- 18.75 inches
*Eats like a mini-horse! Lots and lots of table foods! We will be making the transition off of the bottle this month and to milk in a cup!!
*Sleeps, sleeps, sleeps, sleeps... Napping 2x a day for about 2 hours and sleeps at least 12 hours straight through the night.
*Has a "lovey", which is a hot pink, soft blankie thing with silky black and white edges. She only sleeps with it, but loves it so much we have invested in another one to send to daycare this fall!
*Happy, smiley, delightful disposition!
*Very much a Momma's Girl!
*Loves to laugh and play!
*Scoots all around, but isn't at all interested in standing or walking
*Peek-a-Boo is a favorite right now! It never seems to get old!
*Has 6 teeth (4 on top and 2 on bottom), and has just cut up the next bottom two, so here come 7 and 8!!
*Has very blond hair and blue eyes! Almost has enough hair for me to start fixing it up!
*Still says Mama, Mom, Dada, Dad, Papa, Nana, Baba and has added Boo, and Uh-Oh!
Emilia has had a fast and wonderful year! We are looking forward to seeing the toddler she will become! Enjoy my birthday walk down memory lane, becareful not to blink---You might miss it! :)
