The summer weather finally got here to stay and it has been HOT!! We enjoy getting out and going to the pool, but it is a lot of work for me to get everyone ready and to the pool, and we never stay very long due to our sissy needing a nap. So if it is that way for us, we assumed it is that way for our friends too. So the kids and I decided to have Rodgers Water Day 2011 at our house! 'Cause face it, everything is easier if we stay at home!! So we invited some friends and got Water Day all set up! We got out our blow up pool, the water table, water balloons, water guns, and our beach ball sprinkler! It was hot and perfect outside!! Our friends the Riechmann's, the Garman's, and the Walter's all came over! We had 13 kids at our house ranging in ages from 8 years old to 11 months! It was fun and we definitely plan on having Water Day again!!

What a great time! Thanks for having us...still a lot of work, but much cooler with some A/C and shade at our disposal!
