Last night we headed out to the GCS Ballpark to watch the minor league team, the Gateway Grizzlies play baseball. We received free tickets from a fund raiser at school and thought we would check it out! I took the kids last year about this same time, and they seemed to enjoy it, so we thought we'd try again! There is so much to do at GCS Ballpark that we didn't watch more than one inning of baseball... They have a large kids area complete with bounce house, playground, batting cages, craft table, and face painting. I promise you, our kids took part in all of these activities!! I mostly just chilled out with Bethany and the family of a former student of ours!! The play time was left up to the Daddies on this venture! It was a fun, late and HOT evening out. The kids had fun, and really that's what it is all about!!
Kendall, Olivia, Izzy the Grizzly and Jackson.
It was bring your dog to the ballpark, and animal night. Livy made an animal mask and we checked out lots of dogs that were roaming around with their owners!
The girls loved playing with Lydia, the big sister of a former student of mine!
Mommy was ready to go home, but Daddy found time to let the kids get a "tattoo". Jack got Spider man and Liv got a Unicorn. Bath time when we got home was comical, they tried so hard not to get their arms wet...
Kendall got a beautiful purple flower and she wanted Liv to cooperate for a picture...

We had fun...our bathtime was probably a lot like yours! Unfortunatley, ours wore off in the water fun the next day!
