Jackson and I attended the Madison County Young Authors Fair this spring. It was a neat event and he had a good time! At the fair we got to listen to a children's author, Jennifer Ward, talk about being a writer. She also read one of her books, "Over in the Meadow" out loud to us. That was especially fun for Jack and I, because when he was in preschool that was our all time favorite book, we read it all of the time! At the fair Jack was given a certificate by the Regional Superintendent. He also got to participate in many different activities and the was a book fair (my fave)!
