Thanksgiving seemed to come very quickly this year. We have so much to be thankful for this year, and those blessings make it a little difficult to manage Jack's school breaks. Last year during the Thanksgiving break Randy was still out of work and was able to take care of the kids during breaks from school, but this year he is blessed with a job he loves! Thanksgiving is one of those breaks where Jack is off, but I am not... So to solve our problem Jack went to Grandma Jo's three days before the rest of us! While he loved his special time at Grandma Jo's, he really missed his family and doesn't want to visit without us for awhile.
The girls, Randy and I made it out to Indy the night before Thanksgiving. We were spoiled by Grandma Jo and Grandpa Mark's delicious food and deserts! We enjoyed the time spent with family. The weather continues to be unseasonably warn and the kids even got out in the yard to play!
Snacking! Grandpa told them to "help themselves" and that made their day!
